Located off-campus in close proximity to Florida Atlantic University, Palm Beach State College, and Lynn University, University Park opened in the Spring of 2015. It is a rental community that boasts a lounge with big-screen televisions, a separate game room, fitness center, pool, food store, and yoga studio. On the more education-focused side, it also comes complete with computer labs, conference rooms and study areas.
University Park has two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartment units that are fully furnished and include in-house laundry and private bathrooms.
